More than likley he will be arrested on his arrival at the airport.

There are a number of people (including business men) who have been arrested on their return for as little as an old parking ticket! Also, the American Customs have been less than proffesional as was seen on the Paranarma programe (channel 4 I think)

The USA now checks every flight manifest for people coming into the USA both domestic and foreign. They also run these manifests against database's with lists of the 'wanted'

I would speak to the embassey in London or Ireland and as for advice.. It may be better to pay back everything that is owed why you are in Ireland and look at returning when everything has been sattisfied..

Seek some legal help if I was you.

    Good luck.

    Sean

He will most likely be arrested at customs. Leaving the country to avoid prosecution is another crime. As far as the debt is concerned depending on the state the statute of limitations was either suspended when he left or it restart from the beginning when he returns. Either way he still has a big debt (he can not leave the US to avoid civil or criminal actions against him)

I assume he could be arrested at the airport. For the outstanding warrents. Best bet would to not come back.

The worst that can happen is that he is arrested at the airport. He could also be denied entry to the US. He may already have judgments against him. His assets could be seized.

    You picked a winner, there.

He might be in trouble because of arrest warrants but alot depends on what was the crime for arrest warrants. but should not worry about debt statue of limitation is 4 yrs in most states should not be a problem.

Consult an attorney before landing in USA

that's fairly probably that anybody claiming to be divine, such as a results of fact the Biblical Jesus or the prophet Mohammed (peace be with him), might certainly be imprisoned in the form of place or dedicated to a psychological employer. If we seem on the biblical thoughts Jesus made himself a physique shelter, the twelve disciples, he preached a politicised radical Judaism and vandalised a temple in the call of religion; this pastime isn't distinctive to fashionable radicals. by way of taking the word taught by way of Jesus all and sundry human beings is the "son of God" so in certainty he did no longer declare to be greater divine than all and sundry else. The bible then tells that he did go through a similar destiny to the prominent Islamic radicals, a remote places imperial state arrested him for political acts against that state and then achieved him for the crimes; if he were arrested for religious crimes he could have been surpassed to the Jewish temple courts and stoned to death, the undeniable fact that he replaced into crucified is obvious indication that he replaced into called a political or militia threat to Rome similarly as radical religious leaders of Islam are known by way of the U. S.. how many prophets are in penal complex or psychological hospitals? we are able to by no skill understand as a results of fact the prominent age (as a results of fact Joan of Arc) would not pay attention to such human beings, they are kept away from, killed or locked away. they are called delusional, terrorist, extremist, nutter, lunatic yet by no skill prophet. I my faith we've self assurance that the Gods do walk among us while they please yet they infrequently intrude with human existence, perchance bypass to a minimum of one individual and tell them a tale or supply them a present yet by no skill stay around for greater beneficial than an afternoon. perchance we do lock human beings away that are touched by way of Gods yet this a fault in the way that persons react to their divine journey and how that society at large regards divinity. With a very good sort of faults in human behaviour Guantanamo ought to nicely carry distinctive prophets or messengers of gods, yet while they pointed out themselves as such might all and sundry incredibly have self assurance them?

They would probably figure out when he got his pasport. If he already has a passport, the sooner or later they would figure out anyway.
