when there is fever and chills, vomiting, and or ,diahrea.this is a sure sign that infection has taken place.you can become dehydrated.this can cause endicarnitis,or inflammation of the lining of the heart. this is very dangerous.get help now.seek medical help now.hope i've helped.take care. god bless.
