What sins does Eve committed by eating the fruit?

Is it just disobedience or there is a clear offense on her part and Adam, please give your scriptural support?

Gen3:3But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

Gen 3:6And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

    1. First sin, Eve lied because she added to what God has said to them. "neither shall ye touch it" by Eve.

    God: Genesis 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

    Eve:Genesis 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

    Notice the difference missmama.

    Sin 2 She COVET of the fruit.

    Gen 3:6And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food;

    Sin 3 LUST OF THE EYES

    and that it was pleasant to the eyes;

    Sin 4 PRIDE OF LIFE and a tree to be desired to make one wise;

    Sin 5 SHE STOLE THE FRUIT she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat,

    The tree of Life in the Garden is Christ himself. The tree of

    know of good/evil is Satan.

    After Eve's sin, God told her as a consequence, He would

    multiply her conception.

    WHAT????? CONCEPTION? HOW THE HECK DID THAT HAPPEN FROM A PIECE OF FRUIT?

    It wasn't fruit - fruit had absolutely nothing to do with the sin.

    When Adam and Eve realized their sin, they tied fig leaves

    together to make what? Was it a mask to hide their mouths

    because they ate something against Gods will?

    No, my Bible says they made aprons to cover up their

    private parts - those parts that participated in the sin they

    were so ashamed of.

    C'mon, folks, do I need to draw pictures? Why do you think

    God told Adam and Eve not to EVEN TOUCH THAT TREE?

    That word touch in the manuscripts is actually naga, which means to lie down as in sexual intercourse....

    Now you start to see whats really happened here........

    Paul explains that Eve was beguiled by the serpent. The word beguiled means "wholly seduced". Got the picture?

    If ya want to really get some Bible knowledge, check out the

    absolute fact that Cain and Abel were twins, but that they

    do not have the same father. Impossible? Well, go to Gen 5

    where you will find the complete geneology of Adam: you won't find Cain listed there, because Cain was not Adams son; likewise, go to Gen 4 to see the complete geneology of Cain: you won't find Adam listed there, because Adam simply was not the father of Cain.

    There is alot more to Gods Word than perhaps many are

    being taught.........and because folks are not taught the truth in Genesis, they are started with a faulty foundation that the

    rest of the Bible truths simply cannot stand on - this is why

    people are confused so often. They are trying to "fit" and make sense of the rest of the Bible, without knowing the

    truth of what really happened in the beginning.

    People must start out with a strong foundation and then all

    the rest of the bricks of truth will sit on top and you'll have

    a nice strong unmoveable understanding of what you are reading.

Adam and eve were created on the 8th day; All the races were created on the SIXTH DAY. There were thousands of people already on Earth when Adam and Eve came on the scene.

    It was a sin of disobedience.

    As far as people finding the Bible contradictory, it's b/c they've never taken the time to read and study the Bible, thereby showing their ignorance. The reason why Kain married was b/c on the sixth day of Creation, when God made "man", He made all peoples and races in the world. On the EIGHTH day, He realized He needed someone to tend the Garden, so He created Adam specifically for that purpose.

    She committed the sin of believing the serpent, who was telling her the truth, and not believing God, who was lying to her.

    As a result she gained knowledge which God did not want her to have so that she had free will, which is always credited as being Gods gift but in fact would not have been possible without the knowledge given by the forbidden fruit.

    It's really quite hard to see how God is the good guy in all this, don't you think?
