It is called San Antonio (residents HATE "San Antone"). If you pronounce it the way you did in your question, they'll add "ee-oh" on the end.

Greyhound can do it. It takes between 90 minutes and two hours depending on time of day (traffic, you know). They have a non-refundable fare of $18.50.

You can go Amtrak for $15, but it takes three and a half hours! (3:25)

Greyhound also has buses that leave about every hour or so. It costs less than 20$, one way. It is about an hour and a half ride, so long as it is not rush hour.
