is this a healthy meal if i eat it every day? a couple of cut up baby carrots + small potato + cut up boiled egg? it makes up for about 2 cups all together. what kind of nutritional value am i getting out of this? also, will this be enough veggie for a day?

I am 5'3 - 5'4, and weigh about 115-117 lbs. Would like to lose 8-10 pounds in a week or two. I have a fixed workout routine and eat moderately healthy. I work out about 3 times a week and every time I work out I burn about 250 - 350 calories depending on how tired I am on that day. I also try to eat as healthy as possible. Have small portioned but many meals a day.

So is there anything I could do so I lose only fat in my other parts of my body but not my boobs (considering they are already very small - 32A)?

a few months ago, I heard this clip of a man speaking in english with a very strong mexican accent to a customer service person on the phone. He not only refuses to believe that he has an accent when he speaks in english but he also insists that the customer service person (who speaks english perfectly) he is talking to does not speak english. it is a joke clip I think. I have wanted to find the clip online and listen to it again but could not really find it.

I have noticed the healing process of wounds like cuts or small bleeding areas seem to be so much faster on the plane? I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that the plane is vacumed of air when flying.

I don't have a car but am wanting to pick up a twin mattress and box spring from someone else's apartment and I don't have a car. Is there any company or service in austin that offers such kind of door to door service? and is it going to be expensive? I tried to look on usps and couldn't find any service like that.

I have applied for a temporary assitant position and have sent in my cover letter and resume via email. I just raelized there was something I forgot to tell the employer in my cover letter and resume when I'll be available for work. Since in the ad, she needs someone to be avaible immediately. Should i email her again to let her know about my availability?

It is a stupid question I know. But I need to know just what are the causes and effects if it is possible of anyone owning a money-generating machine at home? Will it cause inflation or deflation? What is going to happen to the world?

i head my headphones on just now when trying to plug the christmas lights in.. as i was plugging it in i think my finger touch the metal part of the christmas lights plug and it sent shock through my right side of the body up to my ear.. where i had my headphone on. is that okay?? will i die??? is my brain fried??

I hurt my my back recently from bumping my back into the door. The next day, the injurned area felt like bruised and a few days later, a scab formed at that area but no blood ever came out.. it was like a scab got from scratching and stuff but there wasnt any blood at all.

I read in some forums that running will not make the legs stronger and that doesn't make sense to me. Because when running, a lot of stress has been placed on the muslces in the legs, especially the calves so how could running not make the legs stronger?

I would love to lose some muscles in my calves and thighs. Any suggestion on what exercise or routine I should take up?

I'm asian with long thick wavy hair. It gets frizzy when I blowdry it so I avoid doing so. I just let my hair dry naturally but still it isn't really drying the way that I want it to. I heard there's this tool out there called diffuser out there. I wanted to get it but wanted to see if it's worth it before I go out and get it. How can I use the diffuser to get defined waves without getting all the frizzes? Also, if my hair is wavy, should I go for shampoo that is designed for curly hair? Oh and what kind of shampoo is good for the hair? I heard alcohol-free shampoo is good but not exaclty sure which brand to go for. Thanks in advance!

I'm planning to major in English; I have a storng passion for words. But I'm not really sure what I can really do with it. I don't want to end up being a teacher or journalist. I don't think I'd be fit for the newspaper. Is there any career out there that I don't know of and requires lots of writings skills?
