At 23 years of age your chances of having breast cancer are less than 5 %. A lump in your breast for five years indicates its not breast cancer. It may be a cyst that you have --- not breast cancer. I would find a way to come up with money or get insurance to have this lump examined. If it was breast cancer and it spread you would experience more symptoms. Im glad I live in Canada ------- We have Ohip to cover our medical expenses. No one on this site should be telling you that ------ you have breast cancer. That is up to a doctor to decide.

the doctor performing the surgery should be able to provide you with some pictures. im sure he has photos of his work that you could view...otherwise i would google before and after breast reductions.

You should be doing this for yourself, and anything that you're happy with, your hubby should be. Sorry to sound harsh, but I would tell him to get stuffed.
