Cooking Mama 2 surface scum help.?

Question

I can do everything on cooking mama fine - except the surface scum part on some recipes. I can't seem to be able to tell what the surface scum looks like. Could someone please help me or give me some tips?

Hey! Try to encircle the fluffy white thing that appears in the side part of the pan. Try encircling as many scums as possible before time runs out. I hope that helps. Tell me if that works. Enjoy playing Cooking Mama2! :)

don't know all i could find for surface scum was like boiling stuff and its stuff that floats on top of the water.... take a look lol the text next to the image read

"While the rice is simmering, prepare the chicken livers.

Boil some water with a pinch of salt and add the livers when the water is boiling. The object is to extract the free blood as surface scum (see the photo) in as little time as possible (preferably less than 30 seconds)." lol im no cheif...
