what is the best brand of makeup. (price is no issue)?

I have tried lots of brands of makeup....and I use to really like Estee Lauder ( I still like it, but found something I like better) I now am using Giorgio Armani foundation products and I have to say I am really pleased with the product and do not regreat the price. I use the designer shaping cream foundation and apply it with a foundation brush which I got from them as well. They have a product called fluid sheer radiance that you apply either before or after the foundation whichever works best for you and it gives your face a glow ...like a dewy glow look. This foundation is so good you do not need to finish it with a powder but you can and I just ordered their powder and it is fabulous..... I am going to send you the link so you can check out some of their products .....they do make your skin feel like silk.

I also have Bare Minerals and I love it as well....I kinda alternate between them. The thing with Bare Minerals is they have so many other cool products that I really like. Their shadow kits are great and you can even mix them and create your own look.....They also have a product called gossamer and it also gives your face and other places you wish to apply it a glow as well. They have that in different shades like diamond dust and peach and a really pretty color called Jade. I know that QVC is a big promoter of Bare Minerals and they offer some of Bare Mineral products first before anyone else gets them and they also have a great "starter" kit that is like $44.00 and if you check out their site you can see lots of new products they have from Bare Minerals.

Mary Kay is very good for being light and feeling soft on your skin. They can give you a free makeup consultation just to try the stuff. I was sold on many of their products just from the one consultation I had. I love it!

I primarily use Mineral Silk mineral makeup as my foundation & blush & cover up. But then I also use Lancome Hypnose or Maybelline Mascara, and ELF or Loreal or MAC eye shadows....and MAC & Bobbie Brown eye liner...& OPI or Revlon nail polish.

Thats just a Few Brands of Products that I use. Guess I'm a make up Junkie ;-) ~~~ But I love experimenting & trying new things.

Besides ~~ I'm a Girl! LOL.

What is going on here though?? Why are there so many dumb thumbs down? Its all a matter of Opinion.

You should definitely try BareMinerals. I swear by it. I use it daily, and people constantly compliment me on my skin, saying that it looks flawless. You can't even tell I'm wearing any makeup at all. And it lasts all day until I wash it off. There's these great starter kits at Ulta & Sephora for like $60.

Oh my goodness. You really need to get luscious with Bee Luscious! It is all the rave in the fashion circles and I am in love with what it does for me.

OK, I would go with one of the long wearing kinds like Lancome Teint Idol or the Estee Lauder long wearing one ... sorry I can't remember it's name. At the drugstore, you can try Revlon Color Stay Oil Free. For your circles, I like Dior SkinFlash, it is my new fave product!

and the i love the most is REVLON colorstay.

they have it for dry skin, and oily skin.

great coverage, stays on long.

I use the Mary Kaye makeup in the tube, but medium coverage. It's the choice of coverage that makes a natural look. It does stay on well. A full coverage is thicker and looks fake, so, again, be careful on the coverage you choose. It also depends on your skin type, too. I have dry skin, and this makeup is perfect. They also have a concealor, but I haven't used it, but I have heard it's great.

bare minerals!! it doubles as a foundation & concealer it works wonders!! & its great for all types of skin. I have sensitive skin & it works great!! theres no fragrance in it either if that was a concern
