Form for dividends paid by a corporation?

Which form do large companies use to declare the dividends they have paid out?

I know 1120 has dividends received, would you just show a loss there?

Thanks

Update:

EDIT:

Steve B., thanks.

So 1120 would never show equity paid out since it wouldn't be a loss?

(I'm not very knowledgable in this area at all)

All corporations, not just large ones, report dividends paid over a certain amount ($600?) on Form 1099-DIV. Ordinary dividends paid generally are not reported on Form 1120 because they are not relevant to computing the corporation's tax liability.
