Morning Sickness??
Ok, I have had three babies previously... I know I should remember this, but I dont really. I am 7 weeks pregnant with my fourth child. I have had nausea and vomiting since before I found out I was pregnant. However, it was mild and generally only happened in the evening. Now, its like I move and I am so sick I cant leave the bathroom. I vomit for hours on end. I am nauseated all day and all night. I know yesterday I didnt leave the bathroom for 4 hours. When I wasnt throwing up I felt too weak to move. Has anyone else had morning sickness this bad? Is there something wrong with me? When did it start for everyone and how long did it last?? Any ideas on what I can do to make it better........?? I cant sleep.....I am always up and down sick.

There are safe medications your doctor can prescribe to help with the severity of your nausea. I was pretty sick with this pregnancy but the morning sickness stopped at around 12 weeks. Really try to stay hydrated and don't worry about trying to hold down food. Your baby is getting enough to grow even if you are vomiting all the time. What helped me with the morning sickness was drinking a carnation instant breakfast. The protein in it helped to give me energy and settle my stomach. A friend of mine suggested to eat protein, but I couldn't stomach anything solid, so I tried the shake. And it is also packed with vitamins. I hope you can find some relief.

My mom has been pregnant four times, with the first 3 she wasn't very sick at all, just a little nauseous sometimes, but this last pregnancy she was sick like you, and she started to get sick at like 3 weeks, and it just got worse. She ended up with twins. :)
So maybe you could be carrying a little extra in there. She said all of her symptoms were 2x as bad as with just one baby.

There is a prescription drug that your doctor can give you--it starts with a Z. It is perfectly safe to take and it will do wonders. I felt yucky all day with my second, but I didn't throw up all day. A lady I went to church with had to take the drugs (the above mentioned) to stop throwing up and then she was fine! I would call your doctor immediately so that you don't get dehydrated and baby can get more nutrients! Good luck!

i don't think there is a problem, each pregnancy is different than the other, so don't worry about it, as long as you are having the normal morning sickness symptoms, just try to sleep or relax more in bed, and don't go out of bed so quickly, try to eat dry things in the morning to make your stomach more stable and to prevent vomiting

Every pregnany is different. If is becomes too much of a problem let your doctors know, they have medicine to help with morning sickness. Hopefully is goes away soon!
