Woman on Top - not French, but a fun movie - Brazilian chef Isabella Oliveira moves to San Francisco when her husband, frustrated by her motion sickness, cheats on her.

Like Water for Chocolate - not French, but another good movie - A feast for the senses!

-Au Revoir les Enfants - about a Jewish boy being hid in a Catholic school during World War II..very good!

- Queen Margot - if you like history this is great, about the marriage to Marguerite de Valois to Henri de Navarre. There is a lot of nudity, but it covers the St. Bartholomew's Day Massacre

Anything with Audrey Tautou is really good! There are so many french movies I love but cannot think of any specifically..but try those!

when i watched both movies it had english subtitles

"Indochina" is really good. It's about a upper ranked French soldier who helps a Vietnamese young woman hide and escape the enemy. Of course, he is in love with her. I don't want to give the rest away, but it was a hit movie in France, and is available here in the U.S. with English subtitles. Look into it!

I love that movie!!! she's the actress that won the oscar and he's damn cute.

I love so many parts, such as the underwear while taking an exam and when the pavment covers them, also when he kissis her on top of the car, such a romantic movie!!

Watch 'The Choir Boys' or Les Choristes. Very touching and amazing work by the boys. I've watched it a few times and still enjoy it.

Tell No One , probably only french movie i watched and liked.
