What exactly can you keep her from doing.? If you know this spud , and he's a shark you should say something. If not, it is a bit of a stretch in my mind that a guy in college is interested in a 16 year old. There is a bit too much life experience between those two ages for my comfort. The other question is where are the girls his age. it's odd that he would become involved with one so much younger than himself. But that fact is usually irrelevant to the younger girl. I think anyway you go you are going to lose a friend if she doesn't agree with you.

You don't want to try and stop her, she won't like it and will probably go ahead and do it anyway. You don't want to lose her as a friend over it so just tell her about your concerns but do it such a way that she also knows you're supporting her.
