Do you like to wrestle with your partner? Are you equally matched?

Update:

Just curious fun Afraid and Raji. No cause for alarm. No worries.

I used to enjoy it, but these days it's hard to participate without pain - usually hers. Hopefully, she'll feel better sometime soon.

I refuse to wrestle with a woman anymore, unless I can see she's pretty tough.

    It goes like this...

If the girl isn't specifically tough enough or trained enough to try for actual 'submission moves,' then how, exactly is this fun?

    Oh, that's not clear....

Holding small children by the head and laughing as they try to swing at you is not my idea of a good time. Unless the girl is tough and trained, then it's the same thing for me.

Now once (just once, mind you) I had a neighbor with the Coast Guard who had actually wrestled for competitive sport. She would get a little tipsy, come over, and actually attempt to make me submit.

When you have to dig an elbow into a kidney to slip out of her figure-4 arm bar, and she laughs, then goes for the choke-out, well, then we can talk.

Otherwise, please keep the play-violence out of the mix. I am perfectly happy to associate with women I don't have physically man-handle, as I am very uncomfortable with it.

Arianna, I detect a bit of angst to your questions today. Are you OK, sweet lady? Or are you simply in a "Playful" mood? I've never seen this aspect of you and so I tend to be a worrier over things that just pop up out of the blue.

    Brightest Blessings,

Actually, our first date (way back when) was a sparring match between a young martial arts instructor and a decorated Military Police Officer. We train together 5 to 7 times a week and while one or the other of us may get the upper hand for a bit, it never stays that way for long stretches of time.

Feeling a bit violent tonight, eh?

No, I really don't. In fact I am very particular about my body. There are some parts of my body I don't like to be touched, like the back of my knees, for example.

Yes, we like to joke around and wrestle. However, it is not equally matched at all. I am at 135 and he is at 210. He generally overpowers me (unless I can get to his balls).

No. My husband was a college wrestler, and his skills and strength are way out of my league. He has shown me some moves, but I can't say I enjoy it. I hate the feeling of being immobilized.

All the time, we are definitly not equally matched physically, but I'm a dirty fighter, I bite and scratch so I usually win...

I wrestle here and there I guess. She spontaneously decides to pin me and I defend myself. Shes sneaky though, and once she starts tickling, I'm usually beat.

There is nothing as good as a wrestling match between lovers, and nothing better than being deftly pinned by your man!
