how harmful are video games, and what is the effects of them and all of that stuffs?

    they are harmful because some games can give you seizures some can give you strokes. they can make you so obssessd witht he game that you won't do anything else but play the game. trusat me i know its happened to my brother he does nothing but play video games all day long

    Well, the Wii for example, if you play the Boxing game on Wii Sports, make sure you don't have anyone near you or you might hit them and they will get HURT!

    Other than that, video games practices hand-eye coordination, problem solving skills (puzzle games), exercising the mind.

    It's actually good for you. People just say it bad, because they don't know how to play and they are just jealous.

    no they arent but if all you do is sit around and play them all day then yes it is, some video games are even fittness games like for wii for example.

    I heard if you drop a PS3 or Xbox 360 on your head it might hurt for a while.

    If you play too long your muscles can get sore, as well as your eyes, and you'll get fat for not excercising.

    not bad for you, acctually they can help finger dexterity!!

    the problem is they dont give you much excercise (unless ur playing ddr or something) so ya.
