I am from New York.
We have no earthquakes, no wild fires, no mudslides, rarely get hit by any serious storms......certainly no Hurricanes.....
and have you SEEN these Tornadoes recently?
why ANYONE would WANT to live in the Midwest is beyond me.
Must LIKE suffering the wrath of God or something.....
and city life is the COOLEST!
To me......Florida or Kansas would be the PITS.

big cities like new york and los angeles. why would you want to live in such highly populated cities where rent is so high? my house would cost a million or two in los angeles, and here in the midwest it's only 250,000 and it's one of the nicer middle class homes with over 2,000 square feet.
seriously. i don't know why people want to live in cities with 8 million people. where i live is perfect. my town is a mid sized town with all of the things a big town has and is not over populated yet.
