You can pay more than $5, that is just the minimum amount you have to start with. After that you can pay a little bit at a time if you want or just pay for the rest of it all at once, whatever you want to do.

They only do pre-orders for games that are expected to have huge sales on the first or second day. So that game may not have a pre-order. But if they do have the pre-order for it then it is sometimes required a minimum of 5 or 10 dollars but you can pay for it in full right there.
