bioplast monroe stud?
Hi,
I've had my bioplast stud in my monroe piercing for about 4 years with no problems, and all of a sudden i seem to have developed an infection or sore spot or something. I'm wondering if the bioplast piercing could be too old and deteriorating or becoming porous or something. Does anyone have any experience with how often you should replace your bioplast piercings? or how long they last? It doesn't look cracked or anything, but I just figured this would be one thing to look at for the cause of my sore spot since i've been healed and healthy with my piercing for almost 6 years
THANKS!

It should be okay, being plastic and all. Though it can't hurt to replace it, just in case.
It might just be irritated. I sometimes get random pimples right in the hole, which make it really sore for a while. And I'm not a pimply person at all.
