Most plants including your lawn thrive at a pH of 6.0 to 7.0. Even down to 5.5 most plants will show no adverse effects.
Acid loving plants such as Azaleas and blueberries will do well down to 4.5. At a pH above 7 micro-nutrients won't be available to the plants. Just use a regular balanced lawn fertilizer.

It's slightly acidic, though the fertilizer to use will depend on the type of plants that you have growing.
If you have acid soil loving plants, then use an ericaceous fertilizer, which will keep your soil's acidity. Otherwise, if your plants include those that like alkaline soil, then you could consider raising the ph to meet the needs of these. At 6.5 it's slightly acidic, so not that far from being neutral at 7, so may not be a major concern. Some plants will grow well in a range of soil types, and a general fertilizer will be fine. Any acid loving plants that you have would be harmed through the addition of Lime etc, which could used to raise soil ph levels.
Hope this helps. Good luck! Rob
