Central Air smells like mildew?
I have a brand new central air system with brand new ducts installed last summer. The system was only used last year. Both last year and now this year I smell a moldy smell in the basement where the unit is. What can I do?

we had that happen to us but it wasn't a mold smell it was more like a musky smell and what we did was go down to where the unit is and we mopped around the unit then used lysol around the unit then we sprayed air freshner in the vent where it sucks air and the smell went away it took about two times of doing this (sounds retarted i know but it worked for us)
