the Christian Dream center in LA
and they have programs where you can live there and take lessons in the Bible that are very excellent one part is for guys and the other is for girls/ladies.

google your request, i am certain there are many such group type homes in the whittier area. and if not, try some support groups dealing with whatever is going on in your friend's life.
