I have to drop an egg that is medium size and I can have a container that is 12x12x30 and things inside of it like feathers, foam, bubble wrap, balloons, and stuff like that. Please help me! Thank you.

I did this when I was around your age. I think what worked for me was basically corn meal. What happens is that since the corn meal totally surrounds the egg, it evenly distributes the forces that act upon the egg. If you don't mind possibly breaking an egg, try this:
Take a normal size egg and place your hand as much around all of it (evenly) and then squeeze. Don't squeeze "too" much, but if you lightly squeeze the egg- surprisingly- does not break. The reason: an egg is weak at any given point, but if the entire shell takes an even force, evenly distributed, it is strong (and that is why auto manufacturers use a similar principle in making cars safe).
Other materials may also work, so long as:
1. They totally surround the egg.
2. They evenly surround the egg.
3. The material isn't bulky or sharp, since it can break the egg.
