Does anyone have an idea or hypothesis on where the sepulchre of Ben Rabbah 3rd is?

Yes, I'm trying to find the treasures of the copper scroll. It might be a futile quest for a 17 year old, but I'm passionate about history, and I believe I have a good theory going. I've solved the first clue. The second clue "In the sepulchre of Ben Rabbah the Third: 100 ingots of gold." is my next task. I know a sepulchre is a burial building or tomb, so Who was Ben Rabbah the Third? Or is that one of many names for the man/woman? Could the letters be mixed around, jumbled? Any ideas or theories to assist with this project would be greatly appreciated. Again, I would appreciate it if you don't criticize my attempt.
