Infinity vacuum?
Has anyone tried the Infinity vacuum. I'm in the market for a new vac and was looking for a Dyson. However, I ran across this vac and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it.
By the way, my current vacuum does good as far as suction goes, but it seems to emit dusty air that has a strange smell. I'm looking for a vac that doesn't do this, and lets out clean air.

I currently have an Infinity vacuum. I would not recommend it at all. I have had nothing but problems since I purchased it - for example: the dust-cup holder broke and it took more than a month to get a replacement part; it came with a clog from the factory and customer service read strictly from a script and could not help me unclog the vacuum (my husband had to take it apart to clear the clog) and now the telescoping wand has been broken for months. When I contacted customer service for a replacement part they wanted to charge me because, although it's still under warranty it's a "wear and tear part". After some discussion they agreed to send it to me free of charge but it's more than a month later and I have yet to receive it which means another painful call to customer service.
