There is one thing that all of us as parents teach?

There is one thing all of parents (whether we are good, great, greatest, or even worst) teach their children that is wrong.

We were taught this and we can, as humans, have found no way of surviving without doing this.

Before we teach our children to do this we teach our children not to do this.

Can you tell me what it is? The one to answer this correctly gets BEST ANSWER from me.

    I have no kids tey! But I am sure, there are many issues on this topic! I am sure that ther will be many opportunities to teach children to do this, teaching them not to do this...

    Don't talk to strangers!! I was taught this, I taught my son this. However, when you become an adult you have to!!! When our children are small--they smile and say hello to everyone--we pull them away and caution them about "strangers", then as adults we smile and say hello (at least I do). Our jobs involve interaction with "strangers"--people we don't know.

    I can't think of anything I taught our kids to do that was wrong.
