The ideal, healthy amount of weight to lose is 1-2 lbs a week. You aren't over weight at all, so I wouldn't be concerned with wanting to lose more than 5-10 lbs.

If you enjoy running, then run. However, if you despise running, like I do, then go walking instead. It's actually better for you and not so hard on your body and knees. Put on some good tunes and go for a stroll.

Swimming is also an excellent workout. People don't understand how good swimming is for you. This will help tone your body, and quick. You will find that after just a few laps you will be exhausted, and the next day, you will be sore. Both are good choices.

As far as eating suggestions, make sure you are eating breakfast as soon as you wake up. Even if you aren't hungry. Eat something...a piece of whole grain toast, or a piece of fruit. Doing this will jump start your metabolim and kick start your calorie burning machine.

Also, try eating several small meals throughout the day; not going long periods of time between meals.

Cut back, not out, but cut back on things you enjoy that may not be so healthy. You can't be successful if you cut everything out of your diet. You don't want this to be a chore, or something that you despise.

Before you go to bed, do girlie push-ups and some sit ups. I make this a nightly ritual and it doesn't take up much time.

Most of all, stay positive and you can do anything! Good luck! By August you will be looking like a Fox and I will be 9 months pregnant and hating life...LOL I can't wait to be able to work out again. www.creativedesignunlimited.com

You can safely lose 2 pounds per week. Running and swimming will help you to do that. You can work your way up to 60 to 90 minutes/day of exercise. But do it slowly. If you start running too much too soon, you'll injure yourself and then you won't be able to run at all. While both diet and exercise are important for weight loss, you can skip more calories by dieting than you can burn calories by exercising, usually. So if you work out for an hour, you might burn 400 calories. But if you cut your caloric consumption from 2000 calories/day to 1200 calories/day, that's 800 calories per day less than before. If you combine the two, then that's 800+400=1200 calories per day less than before. Since 3500 calories equals one pound of weight loss, you should be losing a pound every 3-4 days, which is perfect for health and safety.

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to

http://health-thin.info/ and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great detoxification colon cleanse and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at

http://fit-thin.info/ , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.

eating and swimming sounds great. of course burn your calories. help you lose weight? it depands.. because usually we are hungry (really hungry) after running/swimming and tent to consume more food.

how much? from your weight is around 300 cal/30 min

I would suggest you to combine it with weight training. that'll be perfect.

    eating sugesstion

    morning-wheat bread (2 slices)

    snack-yogurt/juice

    lunch-chicken/fish

    snack-fruits

    dinnet-tuna sandwich

remember not to eat too little. you need energy for excercise.

    1. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'....to stay safe, you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

    2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym, experiment all forms of

cardio available and stick to all that you like

    3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices, lowfat milk and lots of green tea

    4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-

fruits, oatmeal, milk, raw nuts, fish, beans, veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.

    5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio, make slight adjustments to your workout routines

every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

    6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

    7. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps

drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal...

    8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...Stay focused on your goal and God bless you...

Its simply impossible to lose weight within 1 week. You need to follow a super magical pill for that. The best way to lose weight is through gym and controlling your heavy diets. I have seen lots of people losing weight through https://tr.im/DailyNewsTrends but its not the only way, you need to restrict yourself from consuming junk food items.

Alternatively start consuming lots of Lemon honey water in the morning :)

    Good luck!!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
