I cannot get deodorant stains off of my colored clothing.?
I don't know what I am doing wrong. Is the laundry detergent not strong enough? I don't put alot of clothes in the wash, but when I take them out of the washer, the deodorant stains are still on there. Any suggestions please???

I use Dreft laundry detergent on everything and I stopped having this problem. It's laundry detergent for babies, but it is the best stuff I have tried. If you don't want to buy Dreft (can get kind of expensive) then try using Shout or Spray 'n' Wash. My other suggestion is to maybe switch deodorant or try to apply less. You shouldn't have to pile it on in the morning for it to work! ;)

Wait till it is dry before dressing. A way to get it out if it is not too bad is to put some white vinegar in a dish and leave the stained bits in soak for a few hours and then remove from dish and rub well, then launder as usual.

right this is an previous shaped way my grandmother counseled me from the south. Take your outfits soak them in soapy warmth water. (separate whites and coloreds.) After approximately ten minutes gently rub the stained section against a soapy washing board. enable it soak for yet yet another ten minutes. After ten minutes put in washing device.
