Getting reported?

Why do people on here find it necessary to report an answer that is the TRUTH? I was just reported for telling someone that she was sick for fantasizing about her father in law when she masturbates. So sorry to offend, but IT'S TRUE. Grow up.

First of all, it's not automatically "TRUE" just because you feel that way. It's your OPINION! Secondly, you could have expressed your opinion on the matter without being intentionally rude or offensive or calling names. For example, you could have said, "I find that sick." Then, you make it clear that it's your opinion (which is in fact all it is; your opinion), and you aren't name-calling.

Thirdly, the fact that you not only were calling names, but that you lashed out by starting this question says that YOU ARE THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO GROW UP!!! Stop being a hypocrite! If you need to vent, don't do it by getting your jollies being rude rude to strangers and then whine when you get into trouble for breaking the rules. Get a hobby, and most of all GROW UP before telling others to do so!

I think you had a right to that opinion, and I did not report you. I believe I gave you a thumbs down, but that's not the same thing. That said, calling someone "sick" is not just an opinion, it's insulting. Insulting people is not helpful. It would have been more helpful if you had answered the question she asked, which, I believe, was how to cope with it. It's an important distinction.

Though I wouldn't call that sick, I'd just call it plain wrong. But it is something she's dealing with and maybe something she cannot help and she reached out to maybe get some help, not be criticized. I try not to criticize people on here, though sometimes you get real eager to because a lot of people on here seem to lack common sense or even an entire brain, a lot of them though have serious issues that they can't discuss with anyone else in their life, so they reach out to the people online. So to call them sick is not helping them, because those that possess a conscious already know it's wrong, they don't need to be told that, they need to be told how to get back right.

It happens to me all the time! I've already had 3 suspensions, People who can't handle the truth, shouldn't post a question.

You should have stuck a "possibly" in front of the sick; who are we to judge. I had a very hot looking mother-in-law but always sort of feared her after seeing what kind of a she-demon wife she had raised to torture me.

I thought that only happened to me.

I answer and the asker doesn't like my answers and they report me. Go figure.
