iron man Vs. Hulk?

I would have to say Iron Man. Even though the Hulk is incredibly strong, Iron Man has the smarts, and would find the Hulk's weakness and find a way to destroy him and win the fight.

Hulk can throw things when Iron-Man is on the mid air. If Iron-Man shoot Hulk, Hulk can take it all without a serious damage and remember if Hulk gets angrier, the bigger he will be and the more powerful he'll be. Hulk can jump and trying to catch Iron-Man in mid air, so I think Hulk will win the fight..

Standard Hulk vs Standard Ironman, IM is going to win. However, Incrediably pissed off Hulk, like in World War Hulk, IM doesn't stand a chance.

In World War Hulk Ironman used his most powerful armor ever built, specifically designed to fight the Hulk and all it it got him was a headache, some bruises, and a busted suit.

By the end of the story arc the Hulk told Stark to stop him and allowed himself to be stopped beacuse he was so angry that his strength reached the point where his footsteps were causing earthquakes. It was stated that 2 more steps and he would have sunk the entire eastern seaboard. The Hulk's exact quote was "Do it. Before I break the world." And that wasn't hyperbole, see last picture.

Iron Man because the hulk cannot jump as high as iron man can fly.

And the Hulk is still mortal so he will eventually die frome being shot no matter what.
