What rights have men lost due to feminism?

It’s funny how every time this question get’s asked someone brings up the VAWA act stating that is a violating of the Fourteenth Amendment. How is that Anonymous? How is it a violation of a mans right to beat someone to a pulp and get away with it? Last time I checked it was against the law to beat anyone and get away with it. But the reason why this Act was brought forward was because there where some man women losing their lives at the hands of the men they where married too, or in a serious relationship with. And she’s not a bigot for asking this question. It is a good question because I’ve seen many men come in here and profess that “women have more rights then men”. And when you ask them to explain when the Bill Of Rights or Constitution was re-written to accommodate women only, they can never give you an answer. NO man that I’ve seen so far as answered this question. And most of the links they post in here eoghan are links that take you to another countries new site. Postings of what “supposed” feminist are doing in other countries to combat the men they live with. And then they try and equate it to how we live over here in the states. “Doodlebug Jim” was pettling a 65 page tech manual that he wanted everyone to read that some professor (or possible student) wrote back in 2004 about how feminist are tearing the world apart. But when I ask anyone to give me an example of a recent movement or act passed in congress by feminist, again, no one can answer. The only leg a lot of trolls have to stand on when it comes to feminist and the rights of a man is divorce court. And we all know that there are always three sides to any one’s divorce stories (his side, her side, and what really happened). No one has take your “right to be a man” away from you Andrei. If they have, please show the link that proves your theory, the time and date this law was passed, and what where the stipulations included in the bill that would lead you to believe that your rights as a man (a free man) had been stripped away from you.

“daboy’s” stop being so d@m dramatic! I’m sure you get your eye full of women all day every day and no one has filed a valid lawsuit against you and won. And there are men out there who still beat their wives. My father for example was a man who partook in such nightly festivities. You may not know of anyone personally who does it, but I’m sure you that you’ve come across a man in your day in age who does. You may not know it (because no one knows what goes on behind closed doors, but it does happen. Thus the reasons for the VAWA act being made official.

And how are men being feminized? No one has yet to answer that one for me either “pigseat”. I would like to know what are feminist doing to you personally to take away from your man-hood? How are you or any man you know being feminized? If you’re becoming more feminine is because you choose to be. Feminist have nothing to do with how you chose to carry yourself.

Now, as far as making you a sandwich Booyah, I’ll gladly do that for you. But, there is a saying that goes never mess with the people who deal with your food, or your money. And can someone please give me the stat’s on how many men request to have custody of their children in the divorce case? Because that’s another thing that you guys complain about. But honestly, how many men can you honestly say are willing to get their children up early in the morning, feed them, get them off to school (on time) go to work and work a full day, leave work, pick up the kids from school, take them to practice, bring them home and feed them, make sure their home work is done, bath them, get the ready for bed, and then crawl into bed themselves. I’ve watched so many women do this over and over again on a daily basis, and I’ve only seen a hand full of men do equal are grater what he women does when it comes to raising the kids. I’m not saying that all men don’t help out with the kids, or don’t want custody of them, but I’m just wondering if any of you guys have the number of how many men file for full custody of their children in court.

Boys education. It has been asked for years whether the teaching method is targeted towards girls more than boys. About 30% of boys are under achieving and are just being the blame and labelled with ADHD or the new craze - bipolar.

Boys upbringing. Although this would be extremley hard to resolve, boys are expected to not cry and bottle up emotions. As well as not to hit women under any circumstances. The stereotypes that they are raised with deeply affect the ubringing of the child. This all depends on the surroundings though.

Circumsision. No health beneift and it is the male form of female genital mutiliation. It must really cause the baby pain and they can't speak for themselves. Most cases are performed without anistetic.

I'm not saying feminism is completly to blame for the things i said above, but you've had the most influence on it whether you realise it or not.

I can not answer for others,but i can say that a lot of folks dont see these things because they have not gone through them to have gotten a real good teast of any of it. still i can not say for others and will not list any thing that i have not exspereinced.

1. I have lost the right to see my kid growup do to having to misfortune to be a male in a devorce. she gets the kids right off no questions asked by law and i get to pay for them and if im a good little boy maybe i can even see them every once and a wile. inless you can some how exsperence this for your self first hand you do not know what it is like and never will. you can only geuse.

2i get to hear women be as open sexualy as they like were ever they are and at the same time i better keep my mouth shut or i could find my slef in a sexual harassment suit. facts are facts women use this as a tool to get at guys they do not like or find atractive to keep them douwn and at bay. i have see women say **** just as bad and even worse then most guys even at work and yet seen these same *** holes turn around and get a guy introuble for less so **** you and your so called sexual harassment bs. because that is all it is is bs , a power game.

3. i have to be afrade to be a male because women have made it to were it is some how perverted to be male. need i say any more......................and you all caN KISS MY FN *** TO THAT ONE.

Job opportunities. There are men who wont get hired b/c their Men to fill quotas in the workplace. There are a large majority of men in their 50s and 60s centered in their careers and therefore to fill quotas they're FORCED to hire women over Men. The guys in their 50-60s could care less b/c they've run the show their whole life, its the guys in their 20s who are feeling the brunt of it. Young white men are on the low end of the totem pole now. Guys are getting screwed in the education system where they're being left in the dust by girls b/c they've restructured the education system to suite girls. 73% of high school teachers are women in the U.S. This gives guys less job opportunities especially in the younger generations (teens to twenties). Then they write nationally published articles with titles like "Girls are Smarter then Boys" and "Girls dominate boys in the classroom at all levels" . Not only is this sexist it pretty much sums up where guys stand these days. How does this make us any better? This is just one example.

Men lost rights only, but not obligations.

A married woman can basically do with her husband, whatever she wants...

She might cheat on him, she might file a lawsuit against him full of false allegations to get an easy lucrative divorce, she might refuse a sexual relationship with the own husband, be pregnant from another man and carrying out the child but demanding child-support from her ex-husband despite he is not the biological father, she has the choice to work something and to use her salary only for herself or not to work at all, while the husband has to work and share his income, even after divorce - alimony...

In USA a woman has even the right to beat up, stab or kick a man and nothing will happen as VAWA will protect her, legally seen violence is only existing from men to women.

Men in EU/US/AUS do not have rights anymore. No rights as husband, no rights as father.

All, what men can do is to protect themselves against abuse - no marriage, no children.

Yes, feminism is to blame for the legally bad situation of men, basically men are 2nd class citizens.

It's promotes misunderstanding between the sexes. This in turn in a-way diminishes womens overall desire for a man.

We have lost the right to send women into the kitchen to assemble us some sandwiches. This angers and confuses us men, as sandwiches have too many parts for and many times we use inferior whole wheat bread. In retaliation, my local Mangroup is putting up MANdate 421: "Dock female pay 10%" for consideration at ManMeeting 2009.

Seriously: I take one look at divorce/child custody and think "Hmmm....wtf?"

Not to mention all of these horny female teachers running around a-slammin with thier under aged students, and getting away with a slap on the wrist and a thumbs up to the boy. You just KNOW if that was a male teacher, he would be hauled to prison at ludicrous speeds.

Parental rights.

The right to keep the money that WE earned doing hard work for many years.

The right to look at a woman without the fear of a lawsuit.

The right to be treated in court in a fair and balanced manner.

I also love how you think you know what men want. The men who are intimidated by strong women are players because they aren't so easy to get into bed. Most men want strong, smart women but there is a problem. We can't find them because they don't exist. I will be honest with you: What is the point in telling you what rights men have lost? You've been on this forum for well over a year, and examples have been given countless times (for example, VAWA in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment).

Yet here you are still asking this question.

Watch as more people answer your question, listing the rights men have lost due to feminism. But - being the bigot you are - you will just ignore it all, and I daresay will in a few days be asking the same question. It's stupid.

It is a violation of Section 1 because it does not confer equal constitutional protection and services to men as it does for women. It also elimanates civil liberties for men, such as standard of guilty until proven innocent with allegations as proof, denying due process, and mandatory arrests without warrant based on nothing more than a woman's word. That is true, although it is falsity and a misrepresentation of domestc violence to argue that only women are victims of violence.
