First, the gurgling sound from the sink is because "Mr. Plumber" did not install proper vent piping. This should not happen and the situation is covered by Plumbing Codes and the builder of your house is responsible.
Secondly, if you have an on-site septic system, sounds like (1) the underground leach piping field is flooded - you may have a high water table, and/or (2) the septic tank is plugged with debris - watch what you put in the toilets. If you are on a municipal sewer system, the pipe from the house to the street may be partially plugged.
Sounds like you should get a good plumber to inspect the situation. Keep the bill because the builder may be liable for the cost.

U need to replace the flopper in that toilet. It's leaking and it won't stay up to allow the water to complete the flush. So, try that first..It's only a $5.00 item.
