How much would you charge to clean?

When I cleaned houses I charged $40 a day for a 3 bed 3 bath house. That is the going rate around here. So for a larger home I would probably charge $60-$70. It would depend on messiness and size, but that sounds right.

The basic rate I would charge it $15. an hour. But how dirty is it? How many pets and how many kids? When's the last time it was cleaned and what kind of shape is it in? What do you want cleaned - a basic cleaning or a deep cleaning? Just guessing with no info, I would estimate around $125.

$30 an hour sounds about right. If it's a one time cleaning, or a heavy duty spring clean, I would charge an additional fee.

Who lives there? How many pets?

Don't bill by the job, bill by the hour, or you will find yourself spending way too much time on some houses.
