Does anyone know the full description of the antichrist?

1John 2:18 "Young children, it is the last hour, and, just as YOU have heard that antichrist is coming, even now there have come to be many antichrists; from which fact we gain the knowledge that it is the last hour. 19 They went out from us, but they were not of our sort; for if they had been of our sort, they would have remained with us. But [they went out] that it might be shown up that not all are of our sort. 20 And YOU have an anointing from the holy one; all of YOU have knowledge. 21 I write YOU, not because YOU do not know the truth, but because YOU know it, and because no lie originates with the truth.

1 John 4:1"Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired expression, but test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world.

2 YOU gain the knowledge of the inspired expression from God by this: Every inspired expression that confesses Jesus Christ as having come in the flesh originates with God, 3 but every inspired expression that does not confess Jesus does not originate with God. Furthermore, this is the antichrist’s [inspired expression] which YOU have heard was coming, and now it is already in the world.

4 YOU originate with God, little children, and YOU have conquered those [persons], because he that is in union with YOU is greater than he that is in union with the world. 5 They originate with the world; that is why they speak [what proceeds] from the world and the world listens to them. 6 We originate with God. He that gains the knowledge of God listens to us; he that does not originate with God does not listen to us. 22 "Who is the liar if it is not the one that denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one that denies the Father and the Son. 23 Everyone that denies the Son does not have the Father either. He that confesses the Son has the Father also. 24 As for YOU, let that which YOU have heard from [the] beginning remain in YOU. If that which YOU have heard from [the] beginning remains in YOU, YOU will also abide in union with the Son and in union with the Father

2 John 5 "not a new commandment, but one which we had from [the] beginning, that we love one another. 6 And this is what love means, that we go on walking according to his commandments. This is the commandment, just as YOU people have heard from [the] beginning, that YOU should go on walking in it. 7 For many deceivers have gone forth into the world, persons not confessing Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist.

8 Look out for yourselves, that YOU do not lose the things we have worked to produce, but that YOU may obtain a full reward. 9 Everyone that pushes ahead and does not remain in the teaching of the Christ does not have God. He that does remain in this teaching is the one that has both the Father and the Son. 10 If anyone comes to YOU and does not bring this teaching, never receive him into YOUR homes or say a greeting to him. 11 For he that says a greeting to him is a sharer in his wicked works."

The AntiChrist was the same as the "Man of Lawlessness" that the Apostle Paul wrote about at 2 Thessalonians 2:

3 "Let no one seduce YOU in any manner, because it will not come unless the apostasy comes first and the man of lawlessness gets revealed, the son of destruction. 4 He is set in opposition and lifts himself up over everyone who is called “god” or an object of reverence, so that he sits down in the temple of The God, publicly showing himself to be a god. 5 Do YOU not remember that, while I was yet with YOU, I used to tell YOU these things?

6 And so now YOU know the thing that acts as a restraint, with a view to his being revealed in his own due time. 7 True, the mystery of this lawlessness is already at work; but only till he who is right now acting as a restraint gets to be out of the way. 8 Then, indeed, the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will do away with by the spirit of his mouth and bring to nothing by the manifestation of his presence. 9 But the lawless one’s presence is according to the operation of Satan with every powerful work and lying signs and portents 10 and with every unrighteous deception for those who are perishing, as a retribution because they did not accept the love of the truth that they might be saved. 11 So that is why God lets an operation of error go to them, that they may get to believing the lie, 12 in order that they all may be judged because they did not believe the truth but took pleasure in unrighteousness"

Notice that in both instances the "antichrists" were already in the world at the time of the apostles. The man of lawlessness was "under restraint" while the apostles were alive, but when the apostles all died he went ahead with his false teachings.

The anti Chist and "man of lawlessness" are therefore the same ones that Jesus talked about when he said at Matthew 7: "21 “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. 22 Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ 23 And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew YOU! Get away from me, YOU workers of lawlessness"

They DO the things they do in Christ Jesus name, but they DON'T follow his teachings. They are the apostate churches who teach "traditions of men" rather than God's word.

The apostle John is the only Bible writer to use the word “antichrist.” In two of the letters bearing his name, the word appears five times, in both the singular and the plural. The verses in which the word appears are listed in the box on the next page. From these verses, we can see that the antichrist is a liar and a deceiver, bent on destroying a person’s relationship with Christ and with God. Accordingly, the apostle urged his fellow Christians: “Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired expression, but test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world.”—1 John 4:1.

Jesus too warned against deceivers, or false prophets, saying: “[They] come to you in sheep’s covering, but inside they are ravenous wolves. By their fruits [or, works] you will recognize them.”

Well, this coming person is known as Antichrist, The Great Leader from Asia, The Blue Turbaned King, Horseman of Apocalypse.

He will rise from Asian continent. He'll be a brave man. He'll command his own army. It's said that he'll come with revenge on his mind. And to my shock, there's some prophecies I read that say that Antichrist already has followings of people on Earth and at one point of time, some inhuman injustices will have happened with them. And he shall avenge for those injustices. He'll be the one who'll put those culprits to trials and bring them to justice.

According to Nostradamus:

"He'll be a Great Leader from Asia

Who Shall Lead His Troop of Blue Soldiers through Europe".

Alex - you didn't go far enough. You should have gone one step further, and you would see that you equal NINE (6+6+6 =18, 1+8 =9). That you do not know anything of your father doesn't make him void. He existed. There hasn't been a virgin birth for over 2000 years, and there's something sus about that one. You are just you. Enjoy being who you are, not something you made up. That way you can live a full and happy life.

there is no description of "Antichrist" in revelation(no s). And there are many antichrists theres not going to be "the antichrist" coming to town. What revelation depicts is 2 beasts and a dragon.

The Antichrist is described in 1 John 4:3; ' ... and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God; this is the spirit of the Antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming, and now it is already in the world.

And - 1 John 2:22; ' ... who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the Antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.'

"Antichrist" is never mentioned in Revelation. It's only mentioned in John, it's described as anyone who rejects Christ.

Yes, the angel Gabriel told me when i was in Philipsburg, Montana in 1973 that Jimmy Carter is the Anti-Christ! And a few years later i figured out who the 7 Kings were in Rev. 17:10.

George W. Bush is the 6th King in Rev. 17:10 who is spoken of in the present tense! Because when he was in office in 2001 there were 5-x presidents who were still alive, and one is yet to come, was Obama!

These 7 kings were;

3. Ronald Reagan

4. George H. W. Bush

5. Bill Clinton

6. George W. Bush.... is spoken of in the present tense (and one is) because until Reagan died all 7 were alive!

7. Barack Obama.......and one is yet to come! He will die a few days after he raises taxes!
