Why is it religious people attace every spiritualist whom comes here.?

because those ones who do this are ignorant and arrogant and forget about the spirituality part and hear only religion,

which of course involves themselves, its all about being self obsessed, arrogant and ignorant to others,

thats their best and most prominent feature

and spirituality will sadly not be free from this, some really do beleive that you cant be spiritual unless you agree with their beleifs....depressing

I don't belong to any church or organized religion. However, I am a spiritual person. The bible and all the things that people follow I beleive are just moral rule books. Some people are born good, some need to be scared into being good, that's where this "all-knowing" God comes in. There is no problem with people behaving and the moral code, but here's what gets me- Religion was made to bring people together, but in the end it just tears us apart. Pretty much every war is over religion. People kill in the name of religion (yet it's supposed to be a sin).

I have met so many hypocrites that belong to a church. Nice people as well, but just as many hypocrites. I was brought up Catholic and realized that.

Another point, churches are a business. It's true.

Lastly, I am spiritual, but realize that I do not have the ability or power to forcast what comes next. I believe in energies, and I have a strong feeling inside of me that our "soul" or whatever makes us does not die. I think the energy passes on somehow, or at least I hope. I have a strong hunch due to things that have happened in my life. I do not, however, think that someone is going to burn in hell for cursing and having sex before they are married. That just doesn't make sense to me. The bible contradicts itself.

I guess I live by my own moral code. I'll find out one day what it all means when I die. If I'm wrong, see you people in hell.

That's how I feel (not only here, but at school), Radiowww. Like I said, this happens at school, as well; I'm sick of my peers feeling so negatively aboot my decision to be an atheist (turns into an argument or a joke aboot me should the topic come up), the fear they have towards "dark" things like my "creepy" drawings and Satanism (LaVeyan, nonetheless, which doesn't even believe in any god!), and the general lack of information they have aboot religions beyond there own.

Eh, but religion has the power to do that to people, brainwash, instill a sense of fear, and turn humanity against eachother. Just look at the Dark Ages, the Crusades, George W. Bush, the youth of today. Well, there are a good amount of atheists, agnostics, and the irreligious ready to share your burdens, at least.

If they attack it is their problem,look for the entity that is getting hurted in you.

Do not get confussed, there are not attacks, when you are Catholic, you have to help any one who are out of the wishes of the Lord for your own beneffit.
