I have a minor scrape/cut on my knees and shoulders?
I have two scrapes on the tops of both my shoulders and two scrapes on both my knees. My right knee and right shoulder has the deepest and most painful scrapes. Each time I clean my cuts I put Neosporin on them to prevent scraping and after a couple minutes a yellow puss/film starts to develop over the scrape. Am I allergic to Neosporin or is this normal?

what that is is plasma from your blood... plasma is the non-red-blood-cell component of blood that contains the proteins, platelets and other things, i imagine that as you're cleaning your scrapes you are removing the scab (which keeps dirt out, and keeps plasma/blood in)...
if your scrapes have become scabbed over, try not to remove them, they are there to heal :)

its healing.. just apply ointment and cover with a bandaid
it should start to scab in a few hours and healing should only take around a week to a few days
