Yahoo mail problems?

There is nothing but problems with yahoo mail and it is going on for months. I have 2 accounts, but one has a 2 yr. span of missing mail. I have over 187 drafts when I do not even "do" drafts. It is useless, yet they will not close it for me and allow me to open another. Why would I want another when they cannot get one right is a dumb question, but it is either that or gmail and hotmail so one can have a whole slew of them. Nothing one gets for free seems to work. They get their monies from ads yet all we get is aggravation. I have someone in my family who no longer speaks to me thinking I ignored an email that never arrived. My son sent me an email from his laptop from across the room from his yahoo account and it did not arrive. That was over 7 months ago. He tried it 3 times in that same day and none ever arrived. The economy is terrible, I have to pay a lot to have my cable co. to use their internet svc. but something that does not work is worth nothing to me or advertisers.
