Malaysian Justice?

This just shows how backwards the justice system is in Malaysia. In most civilized country, the police officer would be placed under arrest pending a criminal court case.

And here he is just going to get a disciplinary action soon?. Which is what....standing in the corner for 2 hours with no food in an air conditioned room.

I bet the girl will be scarred for life. Of course all the religious gurus will be questioning the moral of the girl for being on a date with her boyfriend so late so that probably justifies her rape.

I didn't know what is this all about, but what do you expect? - I am lazy to read newspaper (nothing educational normally). Malaysia and Malaysian mostly are so backward. This is a 3rd world country mate! I guess the youngs are the future and change this country for the better. I forget to fight the good fight for human cause, like another universe, it was so long ago

The rapists in many parts of the world (including the so-called civilised countries) including the Austrian who locked up and raped his daughter for 20+ years are damn lucky. What actually they get after being convicted? Only jail terms which means free food, accomodation and bodyguards fully paid by us, taxpayers.

And of course, as Zeeda said, those human right activists are more interested in protecting rapists than the victims. How come monsters that can't be called human also deserve human rights?

This is why we most promote respect for all.

As for the chemical castration thing...

Perhaps it was because they were considering about men who were wrongly accused of rape. There are women who does this for kicks...unfortunely this also makes real rapists cases the posibility that the victim is lying much higher and making real rapists go free. Sad but true. Sometimes DNA is simply not enough as criminals become smarter.

Personally...I think chemical castration is not enough...I rather we should cut em up while the rapist is still conscious.

    Source(s): Read alot of cases.

we should really help the girl...another nespaper stated that she was SO traumatized from the incident she was talking and laughing to herself all the time since. Obviously the family was pretty upset about this.

PS don't call cops low lifes. I have lots of friends who their fathers are in the force, and they are the most honest, nice people you can ever see. It's just those few bad apples that tarnish the whole tree.

it is not M'sia justice we are lookin at.

    It is world justice-human rights.

    It happens everywhere.

If celebrities or politicians raped someone,

they can get away with the charges very easily

by paying hugh amount of money

or just clean the evidence (like what happen to late Altantuya)

This is a 'cheap charlie' officer.

He has no money or status to help him cover his sh*t.

So, ended up being accused and charged.

    When people proposed to government

    to apply chemical castration

for rapist and pedophile as a punishment,

the human right organization made noise about it.

    So, what can we do?

Rape someone and just get diciplinary action as a reward?

    Good try!

this is the case of harapkan pagar pagar makan padi.

having a "strong case" and not take legal action straight away - something must be damn wrong in the process. what the prosecution is waiting now is the "ok" from the PM and waiting for the said police to offer "settlement money"....

i would have bitten his d*ck off i swear

    Recipe for rape:

    - the desperate will to exert dominance and control

    - the power and opportunity to do so

    - ability to intimidate his victim/s

    - the thought that they can get away with it

and policemen has all these "qualities", whether they want to do it or not and in what manner that distinguish between a good policemen or the bad one.

i agree with you...disciplinary action alone is not enough they should sack him, take away his badge and blacklist him so that he will not be able to get a job...

anderson : whoa! i did'nt know that....so hamsap one ah this policeman all...i know that they are protecting the illegal imigrants(indons) at Gombak area...
