somebody i now was telling me there was some jewish kid and somebody went up to him and was like "my grandpa died in the holocaust" and the jewish kids goes
"o how sad, how?"
and then the other kid goes "he fell from the watchtower"

funny, but mean, aslong as the jewish kid knew you were joking and was okay with it, its okay

I think it is hard for it to be funny because of the seriousness of the event. Otherwise, it would be funny.
