Ak,
Your description has brought back memories of my time spent in Africa where Guinea Worm is frequently found. Guinea worm disease is a parasitic worm infection that occurs mainly in Africa. It is also called dracunculiasis. People get infected when they drink standing water containing a tiny water flea that is infected with the even tinier larvae of the Guinea worm. Inside the human body, the larvae mature, growing as long as 3 feet and are as wide as a paper clip wire. After a year, the worm emerges through a painful blister in the skin, causing long-term suffering and sometimes crippling after-effects. Infection can be avoided, even in areas where the disease is very common. Use only water that has been filtered or obtained from a safe source. Keep people with an open Guinea worm wound from entering ponds or wells used for drinking water. Infected persons usually do not have symptoms until about a year after they drink water contaminated with infected water fleas. Diagnosis is usually made by seeing the adult worm protruding from a skin sore. Unfortunately, there is no cure. The only treatment is to remove the worm over many weeks by winding it around a small stick and pulling it out a tiny bit at a time. Sometimes the worm can be pulled out completely within a few days, but the process usually takes weeks or months. No medication is available to end or prevent infection. However, the worm can be surgically removed before the wound begins to swell. Antihistamines and antibiotics can reduce swelling and ease removal of the worm. With all that said, you should have your problem looked at by a doctor.
The information provided here should not be used during any medical emergency or for the diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. A licensed physician should be consulted for diagnosis and treatment of any and all medical conditions.
Hope this helps

Because I'm the kind of person that likes to pretend that it is impossible for humans to get worms... haha that's freaking disgusting! I don't even like looking at earth worms let alone imagining there's one in my body somewhere!! Haha, well not the earth worm obviously but something close to it!

You would have had to have an open wound on your foot and wading in water or a puddle to attain a worm of any kind in your foot. It is possible for such things to happen. My suggestion, since it appears to be moving is to go to a doctor.

You could try putting your foot in a bathwater to make the worm swim out. Then pull the plug out and clean the bath totally.

Cover the area with Tea tree oil, if this is ineffective the seek medical advise.

You really need to get to the doctor ASAP and have whatever it is looked at and treated. Don't just leave it untreated!
