I'm an LPN and have no prev medical experience?
i cant find a job-can anyone reccomend any extra cert i can get in ohio
well i live close to canton ohio, and have been a stay @ home mom for almost 6yrs prev to that-waiting tables

nursing homes or home healthcare is always needing help here in ind.

There should be a number of places that will hire you as a new grad LPN in Ohio (no you don't need additional certif., you just need experience). Most likely places are going to be nursing homes. Go in person and apply to those places and be ready to fill out the application right then and there. Take a resume with you and think of any other experience that you have that you can list on your resume --- jobs you had before or during the time you were in school?
Usually it is no problem for a new LPN or RN to find that first job.

I don't know where you live, but here in Iowa, you can find a thousand jobs if you want.
Homecare is a great job, if you like low stress and decent work.
The nursing homes are always hiring as well as assisted living and rehabs.
