Obama change and change and change?
It seems to me Obama changes to fit his surroundings, so
Do you think Obama's change promise is really his changing into this or that to get votes..... since he always bows to what the voters want?
2flyge...
It is obviously a question. You can't ask a question without there being some foundation to base your question on.
xuserx..change to please the people? He should have some ideas of his own, which he doesn't, and he can't please 270 million people with ideas of their own but he is sure trying to...by changing to blend into the wall coloring
The will of the people? 270 million Americans and Obama will please us all if he keeps changing to please the frenzied crowds

You got it.
Change=changing your friends if they prove to be a liability.
Change=from showing no respect for the flag or national anthem, to wearing a flag pin because it might help sway voters.
Change=from unconditional talks with Iran, to talks with a clear agenda
Change=from If you elect me to the Senate, I won't run for President to I want to announce my candidacy for President.
I believe these are just some of the changes we would see if he were elected President None are good for America.
He is like the wind, always changing direction.

Some do not fall for the "change" as it suits the voters. The NRA is going to spend $40 million this fall on advertising against obama. It seems they did their homework on his stance against gun ownership and are not convinced he has changed just because he said everyone has a constitutional right to bear arms. His previous statements about supporting the DC gun ban and people clinging to their guns is what they base their opinion of obama on. If the NRA was not against Gore, he would have won instead of Bush, so they do have influence. Voters who really research a candidate are not fooled by obamas people pleasing rhetoric.

I think 'bowing' to America's wants is a very smart and needed thing to do. How else does one become president than to bow down to America's needs (and not another country's needs -we all know how most (not all) of America felt about that one..) hm mm.. how else? maybe your daddy has to be X president. Or maybe you just have to be black. Like it or not people will vote for presidents for more than what they have to say. Because that is the most way people live their lives. You don't go up to someone wanting to be their friend just because you already know they are a nice person -because you don't. You have no idea. And we can listen to anything these candidates say -and believe what we want. And how do we know what they say about their beliefs and want to do for our nation is actually true? yes, they write books -so I suppose we can trust that. I know a very honest man, I myself hate this dead German gentleman. He was very honest -specially in his books. He wrote books about how he would take over the world. Did no one read them? -he got very close to it... Thank goodness for our allies of England -or else we may be speaking German. Read the candidate's book if you or anyone else is very concerned about his bowing down. Maybe there is a tactic or specific belief behind why he is doing this. And possibly there is an answer in his book. My grandfather has read his books. and he likes him. So apparently he has something very democratic going for him.
And he would pick up a lot more votes if he picked up Hilary. But one can only hope... or can I?
and Nope... I have not read his book but shame on me... I won't even get to vote... Voting will miss my 18th by a few months.
And its not like I'm not at all concerned about what is going on. Just not as concerned as a voter -because I'm not one....
But I am somewhat concerned -or else I wouldn't have posted at all...

Yes, like most politicians, he will tell you what you want to hear, and he is very good at it.
What he says has very little to do with what he will do if elected.
That sort of campaigning show a painful lack of leadership, and leadership is what we need most.
xuserx above is wrong about the job of the President. We need a leader who will make decisions based on what is right, not what is popular!

Yeah he wants to overthrow the govt and hire Farrakhan, Wright, Pfleger and Ayers to run the country.
They will probably add some solid GOLD toilets in the white house like Saddam did at his palace.

uhm..
aren't candidates supposed to heed the will of voters ?...this is a democrasy you know !
Whats the point of electing a president who doesn't care about the will of the people ?
am I missing something here ?
ps: McCain is a bigger flip flopper than Bush.

Yes I sure do! I'm a Democrat but I don't want to vote for this man... I just don't trust him. Also I'm not one bit raciest at all! I really dread who ever gets it because we really don't have nothing to choose from.

Yes! this dude will do/say anything to get elected and impose his "changes in theory only" policies a this great country!

Yes Obama's change is like that of a chameleon, He has a color for all occasions. He is becoming a political animal.

ehh, well when you come right down to it, that's a politician for you. they're all the same for the most part. cept ron paul, but that's just my opinion. i'm writing in ron paul. i'm sick and tired of having to vote for the lesser of two evils. i just want to get back to our constitution and get rid of all the bureaucracy in washington. wishful thinking i know...
