Any creative recipes to use the leftover white rice from Chinese Food?

I never eat the white rice that comes with my takeout Chinese Food. It usually sits in the fridge til it gets thrown out. Does anyone have a good recipe that they use this in?

Update:

The reason I don't eat the white rice is that I also order fried rice and I always forget to tell them I don't want the white rice. So I don't want to make fried rice with it, but I was wondering what everyone else did with it. Or am I the only one who doesn't eat it with my Chinese food?

Update 2:

I've been reheating cooked rice all my life and it hasn't hurt me yet!

Mix the rice with some melted margarine or butter, press into a glass dish. Chop some veggies (ie peppers, onion, peas or some cooked spinach), sprinkle over top. Mix up 2-3 eggs with some worcester sauce, pour over rice and veggies. Top with shredded cheese. Bake in 350 F oven, bake until set (20-30 mins). Cut into squares.

    Savoury Rice Balls

    Make a savoury filling

    (leftover curry is excellent)

    Take a palmful of rice

Put a small amount of your filling in the middle

Form into a ball, making sure it is sealed

    Dip into egg

    Crumb

    Deep fry.

    Lovely

I just make fried rice, usually tossing in any leftover bits from the rest of the chinese.

Of course you can heat up white rice! (WHY do some of these people think they can actually answer cooking questions, when they're clueless?) .. If you add a little water to the rice, cover with saran, it microwaves fluffy again....

My mom used to give me cold rice for breakfast, with milk & sugar on it. It was really good too:)

    But try this:

    GLORIFIED RICE

    1 c. cooked, cooled rice

    1/3 c. sugar

1 (13.5 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    1/2 c. miniature marshmellows

2 TB. drained, chopped maraschino cherries

1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Mix rice, sugar, pineapple & vanilla. Stir in marshmellows & cherries. Fold in whipped cream. Chill.....serves 6-8

What I do is heat it up with some milk, sugar and cinnamon. After it has gotten hot, but not boiled, I then enjoy it. You can add raisins or any thing else that you like. Some times I use it to make fried rice. It all depends on how you like it.

i like to heat it up with soy sauce, but if you don't eat it like that anyway there are many things you could do... fried rice, stuffed peppers, casseroles, add to soups, rice 'cereal', dolmas, etc. here's a great resource:
