Are rhodium and brass generally okay for people with sensitive skin?

There is some jewelry I would like to buy off a website and the pieces are supposed to be rhodium or brass. My skin is somewhat sensitive, most any of the cheaper things I can wear if they are for people with sensitive skin. I tried to do some research on it but mostly only read that nickel is what usually bothers people. I don't know much about any of it. Any ideas? Thanks!

Update:

Well, is there a way to tell by looking? I read that rhodium is shiny. Here is a picture of one of the pieces in question.

rhodium is usually fine for people with nickel sensitivity, but brass is loaded with nickel and tin.
