What can I do to reattach metal shutters to my house?
The screws that go through the shutters go into holes drilled in brick, but over the years have gotten so loose they just fall out. It seems like there should be some adhesive that I can just put in the holes and stick the screws in, but I would like the name of something specific before I head for the store - can you help?

That depends on how much you want to spend.
I have seen people use wood dowels. Cut a plug the size of the hole, and pound it in. Use a new screw. That way you can remove them for painting or maintenance.
Dowel 50 cents, screws $4.
Nice!
The other way involves led anchors and expensive screws. About $1 each hole.
