Why do Obama supporters hate the Constitution?
Bye, bye 4th Amendment. Whoosh, into the garbage can. Obama even voted to silence debate on the FISA bill, all this after he told his supporters (before his nomination) that he would stand with Democrats opposing the bill. How can any informed Obama supporter still support him? Because he's better than McCain...who would have voted the exact same way? Because he's black? Because you're still waiting for him to magically transform into Jesus after he gets elected?
So, obviously people were too busy trying to answer quickly and didn't read the question clearly. I did not say McCain is better. I ASKED if Obama is better than McCain because they voted the exact same way on the most important legislation of the year.
Some of you people are amazing. You condemn Bush for committing the felony of domestic spying without a warrant, and yet you make apologies for Obama who voted to excuse this criminal behavior instead of holding Bush accountable like he said he would. That bill passed yesterday because Democrats went along with the Republicans.

Why do people who support Bush hate the constitution?
Why do communists hate the constitution?
The list of people not just willing, but actually EAGER, to trample on the U.S. Constitution is astounding. It seems that "the people" have completely forgotten what the document is there for. They have forgotten, or never knew, why they have the freedoms they grew up with and just how easily those freedoms can be lost.

"I ASKED if Obama is better than McCain because they voted the exact same way on the most important legislation of the year."
Sorry, but you got this point 100% wrong. McCain did not even show up to the Senate to vote on the FISA bill. Most important legislation of the year? Not to John McCain it wasn't. You say he would have voted the same way? I guess we'll never know.
Obama voted in favor of an amendment that would have stripped out the retroactive immunity for telecoms. It failed to pass, and that's the majority rules nature of the democratic process. In the end, he weighed the pros and cons of voting for the bill as written and made a tough decision. That's what a leader does.

Bush has done more to damage the Constitution and all it stands for. Where have you been for the last eight years. I'm voting for Obama, because I'm tired of the same old crap, that Bush has done, and McCain will only continue the same old agenda. Yes, I am voting for the best candidate, not because he's black, not because I think he will turn into Jesus, he won't.

You must be out of your mind! Bush just spent the last 8 years wiping his @ss with the Constitution. He's the one who illegally wiretapped Americans. You don't now get to blame it on the democrats. Li'l Bush is the reason for this one.
There was a lot of other stuff in that FISA bill which has to pass. We'll have to get back to it later and outlaw the illegal wiretaps.
And think about it: If the wiretaps are UnConstitutional then they're worthless anyway because they can't be used in court. They actually make it impossible for the government to prosecute terrorists as the government is breaking own laws.
Wiretaps are completely nuts - much like your fascist little Bushy boy - the worst president in US history. A favorite of stupid Americans everywhere!

you're incorrect. Minor v. Happersett grew to become right into a vote casting rights case in 1875. The courtroom wasn't figuring out what citizenship at start meant, it grew to become into figuring out the 14th substitute privileges of citizenship of all types. subsequently the courtroom did no longer would desire to pass extra than the reality that Minor grew to become into born to 2 citizen mothers and fathers. it rather is why they suggested "some government go extra and incorporate as electorate toddlers born in the jurisdiction with out connection with the citizenship of their mothers and fathers. As to this form there have been doubts, yet by no skill as to the 1st. For the needs of this difficulty that's no longer mandatory to unravel those doubts. that's sufficient for each thing we've to evaluate that all and sundry toddlers born of citizen mothers and fathers in the jurisdiction are themselves electorate." which skill they did no longer say one way or the different something approximately start to a minimum of one citizen confirm or start to no citizen mothers and fathers or to any style of citizen mothers and fathers outdoors the U. S.. luckily, they replied those doubts in 1878 in US v. Wong Kim Ark. WKA grew to become into bon in the U. S. to 2 mothers and fathers who could no longer be electorate under US regulation on the time. SCOTUS suggested WKA grew to become into born a citizen. additionally they suggested that there are in basic terms 2 forms of electorate -- organic born and naturalized. there is not any 0.33 "citizen born in the U. S. yet no longer a organic born citizen." Are you particular Santorum's mothers and fathers have been the two electorate while he grew to become into born? How approximately Herbert Hoover? James Buchanan? Spiro Agnew? Michael Dukakis? Chester Arthur? Did all and sundry ever ask approximately their mothers and fathers' citizenship while they have been working? answer: NO, no person concept that 2 citizen mothers and fathers have been required till 2008. it rather is why the only legal experts doing something approximately this "constitutional disaster" would nicely count on the arms of one hand. (perhaps 2.)

I wouldn't say they hate the constitution. I just think they are mostly very naive about who they are voting for.

Knit picking, again. That's ok, because none of this mess will make me change my mind. I'm voting Obama in November.
I'm a staunch Obama supporter, and I do not hate The Constitution. Sure, there are some things in there that I don't agree with, I don't have to...but I don't hate it. Try again!

You sound like an informed individual that cares about your rights and your country. Why make such an ignorant and broad based comment as that. Believe it or not, not all Obama supporters share the same brain.

George Bush taught us to ignore the Constitution.
