Why is it always the other kid?

Who are these kids. No one will ever admit that their child is the bad one. Its ALWAYS the other kids in school or just that one who is a bad influence.

Do you think your child does no wrong on thier own?

Nope, I know that my two sons can be spiteful and naughty at times, although they are well-behaved most of the time. It annoys me like hell when you hear a parent say "My son/daughter wouldn't do that"! What I think they mean is "I hate to think that they would do that, so I'll just go into denial and annoy all the other parents"! But kids do need to learn to take responsibility for their actions, even at a young age because they are the world's future teenager's and adults - the parent's won't be helping them in the long-run - which could lead to many problems, in my opinion. Good question.

No way. My son was the ring leader of bullies. I have threatened to teach his son how to do the same thing so that my son and his wife have the pleasure of knowing how it feels to get phone calls everyday from the school about what that kid is doing today. My son has begged me never to tell my grandson about his past bullying. I love keeping him on a short rope.

well my son is only 11 months and i already know he is not a perfect angel... sure we always may want to believe our kid could do no wrong, but come on... that would certainly be some boring kid if they NEVER did anything wrong... it is just hard to admit our children aren't perfect to others

Its about accountability, I always teach my children they are responsible for their own actions. I know my children are good kids but they will make poor choices at times, its part of learning!
