I have multiple sores inside my mouth and under my tounge?

I get those too... they are ulsers. Go to your orthodontist and ask for something they call the magic mouth wash... (It has benedryl and sumthin with a d in it...) It clears up my mouth within 2 days... I have braces too and the sores are a killa!!! Hope this was useful!!!

It sounds to me like it could be herpes, a sexually transmitted disearse in which you could contract if you gave oral sex to a male or female who had genetal herpes. OR, Even if you just french kissed a boy on the mouth and that boy had previously---without you knowing, caught it from an infected girl. It spreads very easily. Now, If you can be sure that you have had absolutely no sexual contact with your mouth on penis or your mouth on another boy's mouth, then you could have something totally different in which may relate soley to the sore throat. Generally, really bad sore throats can cause white patches in the back of your throat. I honestly don't know what all the front of the mouth sores could be without you having had sexual contact---see a ear--nose and throat doctor immediately. They specialize in the mouth too or maybe your orthodontist will know. Either way, it is more than a simple sore throat.

I have these same problems. I thing I do is I bite down on my tongue during the night if I am dreaming or whatever, I sleep walk too so that can effect that too. What I am told is to gargle salt water. Put salt into a cup of water and swish it around for a while. It hurts bad because of the salt but it is suppose to work. Otherwise there is medicine you can get to rub on the sores and help them heal that way, I tried this too and it seemed to work the best.

oy it sounds like herpes, but remember herpes is more then just an std. it can be any virus that causes sores, like an eye cyst if cause by a form of herpes. this also means that these sores will clear up and not become a life long problem like the std.

I feel your pain dear, I've got bleeding gums which are receeding and sore as hell, I'm seeing a Doctor soon!
