I need help with my LG Chocolate?!?!? PLEASE?
I have had my Verizon Chocolate (the old version, not the brand new ones) since September. Despite what I have heard about their glitches, I haven't had any problems with it up until now. About a week or two ago, I noticed that when I hit the space in my text messages, it doesn't always work. I text ALL THE TIME, btw. I rarely talk on the phone, so you can see why this would annoy me. If I take my phone in to the Verizon store, will they be able to fix it, or am I going to have to get a new phone? I'm insured, so if anything goes wrong with my phone it's no big deal. BUT, I'm worried about my pictures and videos. I have a lot of stuff on my phone that I really don't want to lose. Is there a way that they could save them, or any way I could upload them onto the computer? I really need help, because I don't want to lose everything on my phone!!!
PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Well yes darling ! The best u can do it Transfer all the stuff that u want onto the Pc Using a data Cable that came along with the phone when u bought it ! U will also have to install the software which comes alone with the brand new fone aswell !
Transfer all the stuff then Delete everything and then Claim insurence for ur phone :) !!!

First..., dial *228 (don't forget the star) and select option 1, program phone to check for update for software. If it doesn't update and/or fix, then take it to verizon, and tell them you are dissatisfied, and request a new phone. You may be able to get the new one if they let you. i have the new one and it has no such problem.
