Can you share your favorite healing or powerful bible verse?

Isaiah 54:10

"For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake, But My lovingkindness will not be removed from you, And My covenant of peace will not be shaken," Says the LORD who has compassion on you.

*My son has an illness, and a friend shared this verse with me when we first started going through it all...It helps me to know that no matter what happens in my life, how great that storm is that God is always there with me, He loves me and will NEVER leave. I still have that piece of paper she wrote it on marking that verse to this very day in my bible, and i often stop to remember what He says to us.

Psalms 103:2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: 3 Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, 4 Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, 5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

Romans 7:9-45, when i'm really feeling inadequate, unworthy or jus plain weak, it helps.....thank God i don't have to read it daily..lol

Well, I think I will recount to you a story of a friend of mine who lost his faith because of a similar situation.

Well, my friends' grandfather was very sick and dying. To help him, he went to collect bible verses to help him get better. He lived close to the hospital where his grandfather was and ran to it, only to discover his grandad had died several minutes earlier. Then he became an atheist.

Moral of story "Just give up"
