the new Chelsea kit 08/09, what colour are the socks?

my son wants this for his birthday but I see there are blue socks and white socks for the home kit!

Which ones are they likely to wear for most of the season and why two pairs???????

    The socks for the home kit are definitely White.

    However, if they wear the home kit "away" then they may change their socks to blue if the "home" team are wearing white socks.

    So, most of the time, when they are wearing the full blue kit then they will wear white socks and always at home!

    So buy the white socks!
