Does my body just hate me or what?!

A little history: As a kid, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, had my colon removed 4 years later. When I turned 18, I started getting these hives. These aren't just normal hives, they are giant hives. The thing is, I am not allergic to anything. When they first started I went to the doctor about 20 times, and they pretty much told me that they had no idea what they are. One doctor told me they were giant hives. No medication works, benadryl, allegra, claritin, ect...

I get these hives pretty much every day. Sometimes I can go a couple of months without them though. When I first started getting them they were absolutely HUGE, I would have a little pink dot and then hours later it would cover my entire stomach and half my back. Nowadays, they vary in size, some are itty bitty and some just get so freaking big. I get them when I pluck my eyebrows (two hours later my eyes are swollen shut), I get them around my ankles from some shoes, but then I just get random ones on my stomach, back, legs, ears, inside my ears, face, butt cheeks, fingers, toes, bottoms of my feet, anywhere and everywhere. They tend to last for 24 hours and depending on how big they are, they leave me with nasty bruises. I think my body just hates me. Does anyone else have experience with these hives?

Update:

They are not bed bugs sweetie, I am 24 now and have had many beds and sheet sets since then.

Update 2:

I have washed my sheets about a million times and have had several new sets of sheets since I was 18 people! Like I said, it is not an allergy issue, nor a bed bug issue. Please don't answer if you haven't had an experience like this.
